Details

The Techmount ST (Short Throw) is designed to cater for all ST and UST projectors with no extra parts required. It features an innovative new lateral height adjustment which results in easy fine tuning. Featuring Vision’s popular spider fitting, it fits all ultra-short-throw and short-throw projectors.

1.55m Boom
The standard boom is 1.55m long, and a tilting mechanism is included to allow tilt adjustment for short-throw projectors. This tilt adjustment allows 20 degrees of tilt forward, and 20 degrees of tilt backwards.

Easy Up/Down Adjustment
Ultra short-throw projectors are susceptible to poor setup; tilting fore and aft will always result in an inferior image with uneven focus. The clever vertical adjustment screw means you adjust the boom to the correct throw distance, then turn the screw on the wall plate for height adjustment. The projector is kept perfectly perpendicular to the screen resulting in a perfect image.

Telescopic Design
The two-part boom allows easy adjustment of image size, and extends up to 1550mm – enough for most short throw projectors to project an image 2000mm wide – enough for use with a very large interactive whiteboard (up to and including 94″) or a standard 2m projection screen.

Mounting Template
A useful paper template is included to help installers locate the wall plate with respect to common whiteboards.

Lightweight Boom
The wall plate is made of steel for rigidity, and the boom is constructed of aluminium to reduce the overall cantilever load on the wall, and to allow excess length to be easily cut off.

Plenty of Headroom
A limiting factor of short-throw installations is the ceiling height; the bigger the image, the higher the projector needs to be. The Techmount is designed to mount the projector as close to the ceiling as possible.
